Mediation

ECA provides an in-house mediation service to assist members to resolve a variety of disputes, which may arise with other ECA member companies. Further information is available here.

Help is also available to provide mediators for disputes between members and other parties, for example main contractors, sub contractors, sub sub contractors, employers, suppliers and members of the public.
