Model Letters

The CC&L Department have prepared a number of model letters that can be used or adapted to suit requirements when members encounter the common contractual 'notice' situations. These letters address, for example, how delay periods should be recorded, how an application for loss and expense should be compiled or the standard notices required by the Construction Act. Please contact the Department to discuss whether a particular letter is suitable to use.
