'Incentives and Barriers to Training in the Electrotechnical Industry'

In early 2007, ECA Education and Training commissioned studies by the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) around the issue of training amongst companies within the electrical contracting industry. The project surveyed the views of ECA members' and those within the wider electrotechnical industry on the training and qualification of individual entering and those already working within, the industry.
