Employee Relations

Providing advice and guidance on industry agreements, employment law and employee relations generally

The ECA's Employee Relations Department provides members with advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, health and safety and industrial relations issues. 

The department is responsible for advising member companies on employment issues including recruitment, disciplinary matters and employment law. Specialist advice and representation associated with employment tribunal matters is also available via an agreement between the ECA Employee Relations Department and the Employment Law Department of the Engineering Employers Federation.
