Expert telephone support

The Technical Services Department provides a comprehensive expert support and assistance service for members, which covers all the electrotechnical sectors in which members work.  Many of our members contact the Technical Services Department when they need a pressing technical or installation problem resolved, or just require basic advice.

Committee representation

Through our internal technical committee structure and by participating with other electrotechnical industry bodies, the ECA's Technical Services Department is able to influence the standards-making process at national and international levels, thus ensuring members' interests are best served.
