Web tools for members
This section provides a number of online tools that are freely available for members to use. A brief description of each tool is outlined below.
Members' email
This is aimed at smaller companies, that do not have any form of email to use within their own company. The ECA will host a free email service on the company's behalf and provide up to five email accounts. Currently this service uses Microsoft Outlook Web Access, which offers an Outlook style look and feel.
The format of the email address will be companyname@ecamembers.co.uk.

Web In a Box
Again aimed at smaller companies, this service allows members to create their own website which is hosted by the ECA. The website will include the company's contact details, company logo, news stories, key areas of work, case studies and more. Each company can amend the style of the site to suit their corporate image from a number of pre-defined formats.
The website address for the site will be http://www.ecamembers.co.uk/companyname.

Record administration
This allows members to update their company's contact details as currently held on the ECA's website, rather than making a written request. The areas members can change include:
- email address
- website address
- company address
- telephone number
- fax number
- contact details for a company representative
- register keys.
Once details are submitted, they will be verified and updated by the Membership Department before appearing on the site.
