ECS Assessments: How to book

The booking form contains comprehensive information about the assessment - please ensure you read it carefully before making your booking.

Open-access assessments

To make a booking for one of our scheduled assessments, simply select an appropriate ECA region and venue from the list on page 6 of the booking form, complete the form and return it to us with your payment. We will then arrange for an assessment at your chosen venue on the earliest available date (please note that numbers are limited and places are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis).

Group bookings

If you have a number of candidates to be assessed and a suitable venue at your disposal (details of venue requirements can be found on page 3 of the booking form), we can usually arrange for an invigilator to travel to you (a minimum of 10 candidates per session is recommended).

Please supply the candidates’ names and National Insurance numbers on the rear of the booking form and indicate whether any of them require a Site Visitor Assessment. Once we have received the booking form we will contact you to arrange the date and time of the assessment(s).

If you wish to arrange assessments for a number of candidates at multiple locations (as opposed to a single in-company assessment), the front section of the booking form must be completed in full for each venue.

Assessment fee

Each attempt at either a full assessment or Site Visitor Assessment will cost £35.00 per candidate (VAT included)

Booking form

Please complete and return the booking form and payment to the address listed, indicating your choice of venue.
