More for members
Finally, all members are included both in the main comprehensive Register of Members and specific Fire and Security Association, which is targeted at clients involved in the specialised areas of fire and security systems work. These promote members and their services and are available to clients and specifiers. The Register is regularly monitored and enhanced to take account of the ever-changing marketplace. In addition, there is the Fire and Security area of the main ECA website, which offers information to members, customers and the general public on fire and security activities.
Specifically, the ECA Fire and Security Associations' objectives are to influence the content of the Standards to benefit members and the industry as a whole.
It also aims to be the conduit for service provision to fire and security companies in areas such as the production of installation certification and technical advice. It is also the committee responsible for implementing and monitoring the activities outlined above.
