The ECA provides a suite of employee benefits for office staff who are not eligible for participation in the JIB Combined Benefits Credit Scheme. If you wish to purchase cover for your employees our rules state that all employees should be covered.

Private health insurance for office staff
The ECA offers private health insurance for office staff through Bupa's Premier Network Scheme Insurance policy, providing peace of mind to employees and employers and to ensure that any health problems can be dealt with quickly and professionally.
No prior medical history is required and there is no excess on the policy. It is easy to bring your dependants in to the scheme as either underwritten or non-underwritten. The rates are competitive and there is no age related premium loading until reaching 65.

Staff sickness and accident scheme
This scheme is for Registered Member office staff with at least 6 months service. The premium is based on a percentage of salary roll and up to 90 days of sickness benefit is paid within a 2 year period.
Staff life insurance scheme
The scheme includes death benefit for over 18s of £35,000; death benefit for under-18s of £17,500; no benefit in kind attaching to the premiums; and cover can be extended beyond age 65.
