What is an ECA Educational Associate?

The ECA Educational Associate programme is open to all accredited organisations that are involved in the training and education of those involved in the electrical and electro-technical industry covering design, installation, engineering, maintenance and monitoring. It provides a mutually beneficial opportunity to organisations and institutions to engage with the ECA on all aspects of technical and legal content, ensuring both teacher and student awareness of the latest updates and requirements.

What does an Educational Associate get?

The Educational Associate receives a number of services and benefits including:

  • ECA News including general guidance on best practice and summaries of latest industry updates.
  • Access to restricted member information and content on the ECA website - accessible through a personalised log-on.
  • The ability to engage more closely with ECA Regional offices
  • The ability to opt-in to receive regular updates on a variety of different  business support areas including technical, health & safety, employee relations and Commercial & Legal
  • The ability to promote training and development opportunities to ECA Member businesses at a preferential rate through online and offline channels, including the ECA Today, member magazine.
  • Access to a limited number of industry research and reports before they are publically available
  • The ability to subscribe to 'ECA Today' - the quarterly ECA member journal
  • The use of a specific Educational Associate logo
  • The ability to use a 'Supporting the ECA' graphic that lets individual and businesses know that your organisations works to and supports the highest industry standards
  • Recognition on the ECA website with a link to your website 

How much does it cost?

It's absolutely FREE throughout  2017! 

The Educational Associate is a new Associate programme being offered by the ECA  which is due to start in January 2017. As a result, we are offering this free for the entire duration of 2017.
