Members can call ECA's advisory staff for help and assistance.
The support staff has a library of information or wealth of practical experience, which can be accessed to help resolve any difficulties. The Association also produces specific guidance on the usual matters of concern; these are freely available upon request from the Commercial and Contracts staff.
Problems can concern a number of dynamic but inter-related aspects i.e. technical and commercial. Guidance needs to be understood in this context and members are encouraged to refer to the number of skill sets the Association makes available to members for the broadest response possible.
The association reviews terms and conditions, collateral warranties and provides Daywork rates.
