Wage Rates & Staff Salaries

ECA provides the current wage rates and salaries as well as the full JIB and staff agreement handbooks.

The ECA is party to two agreements with the union:

  • The JIB Agreement which covers most site based employees
  • The Staff Agreement which covers most administrative, and other office based employees

In addition to the agreed pay rates/salary, each agreement also includes details on various aspects of employment including hours of work, holiday entitlement; sick pay and other benefits.
