Monitoring Centres

Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) and Remote Video Response Centres (RVRCs) provide the highest level of assurance by continually monitoring security and fire alarm systems, filtering false alarms and alerting the relevant emergency services or key holders in the event of the system activating.

Monitoring centres are uniquely positioned alongside system installer and the end user to ensure that once the system is activated an action and outcome is achieved. Systems requiring a police response must be monitored by UKAS accredited centres.

Already certified with any of the below schemes? You could be eligible to fast-track your membership!

  • NSI Gold ARC’s or RVRC’s
