In October 2019 HMRC will require all contractors registered under the CIS Scheme to change the way they account for VAT. This is called ‘Reverse Charging’, and it will require changes in accounting systems, software and invoicing.
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) has released a significant new report entitled Procuring for Value.

BS 5839-6 is being fully revised. The draft Standard is now open for public comment, and the FSA and ECA encourage members to contribute.
