ECHO, the ground-breaking initiative to modernise alarm call handling, has won the National Partnership Award at this year’s British Security Awards.
ECHO was jointly founded by the FSA, the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and the Fire Industry Association.
The National Partnership Award recognises a company that has delivered a UK based project, in conjunction with a customer or partner organisation, which showcases the capability of the UK security industry.
