What the judges will be looking for...

This award will be presented to an electrotechnical and engineering services contractor whose training or development programmes or initiatives have made significant, tangible and positive improvements to the contractor’s business and/or customers, and the wider industry.

• Evidence of how the education/training/development activity supports your business strategy.

• A headline description of a programme or initiative that has been undertaken, including evidence of its impact on your business, and/or your clients or supply chain. 

• A reference or endorsement from customers and/or staff members, explaining what sets your company and programme/initiative apart from the competition, and why you should win this highly prized award.
