The ECA has secured an exclusive subscription for all its Members to BSI Online Standards Library.

The library features over 80 electrical and electronic installation British Standards. To see which Standards are currently available on ECA Members BSI online library, click here.

ECA Member rate for 12 month subscription:

£100.00 + VAT for 80 standards with access for up to 5 users

Licences are valid for 12 months and renewal notices will be issued in advance of the licence expiring.

All of the certification bodies, including ELECSA, NICEIC, BSI, NSI and SSAIB have agreed that electronic access to Standards is acceptable for their respective certification schemes.In other words, ECA Members that have access to the online library no longer need to purchase hardcopies.

As part of ECA's aim to increase the number of ECA Members who meet ‘Safety Schemes in Procurement’ (core) health and safety criteria, exclusive discounts are available via the Contractors' Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).

If your business is not already assessed by another pre-qualification scheme the ECA will cover the cost of your first-time CHAS assessment and help you with your pre-qualification questions, to ensure that you have a maximum chance of success.

Subsequent assessments for ECA Members are also available at special discounted rates, when done via CHAS accreditation.

The ECA has also negotiated a discount for those Members that require a CHAS 'Group Application'.
