Maximising your ECA Membership Success

The Nominated Representative

The role of your company representative

Each ECA Member business or organisation is asked to appoint one individual that is given the title of 'Nominated Representative'. This individual essentially acts as the key point of contact to the ECA and accepts additional responsibilities on behalf of the Member business.

These typically include the following:

  • Updating of company details if any changes occur to the official company record
  • Updating of office addresses and business locations
  • Updating of listing details that appear on the ECA website within the member search
  • Approval of any additional web accounts within the member business i.e. staff members that should be able to access the resources available to help improve your business and its success

Additional Representatives and Non-Chargeable Representatives may also be appointed.
