Information Resource Sheets

This Member resource provides further details and guidance on issues Members may commonly have difficulty with. The Information is detailed and has been prepared to relay both facts and guidance. 

The information resource sheets on matters such as The Construction Act, JCT and NEC forms of contract, Materials, Insolvency, Guarantees and Bonds, etc., are available by request from the Association’s staff.

E-mail response to Member enquiries will invariably be accompanied by supplementary written long-standing information, if the Association’s staff considers the subject matter should be further investigated by the particular Member.
