The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) is calling for electrical contractors in England to take part in its work around apprentice charge-out rates.
The organisation would like to speak to those who have recruited an apprentice in the past two years.
TESP wants to get more of an understanding about how you set charge-out rates for your apprentice and the factors which influence this. Following the results of the work, the aim is to see what support and guidance for businesses could be developed.
TESP has commissioned Pye Tait Consulting to carry out the work. They want businesses from across England, of any size, to take part in a telephone conversation of around 20-30 minutes, at a time convenient to you.
