If sending a debt recovery letter is a suitable next step, ECA’s legal team will forward your file to Longmores Solicitors. A “pay up or else” letter will then be sent by Longmores Solicitors on its letterhead to your debtor. ECA will cover the cost of the first debt recovery letter for each debt.
