NHS England and the Department of Health & Social Care are calling on ECA (Electrical Contractors’ Association) Members to look at potential opportunities available to you, following the conclusion of a review into the New Hospital Programme (NHP).
Three steps are outlined here for interested parties to find out more about the programme and how to register for contract opportunities.
The scale of the NHP will need the skills and expertise of companies of all sizes, across a broad range of sectors.
The programme will deliver state-of-the-art facilities for healthcare provision to NHS patients and hospital staff across England.
The Government’s announcement on the New Hospital Programme: Plan for Implementation in January and ongoing procurement of the 12-year, £37bn Hospital 2.0 Alliance provide certainty on the next steps for the programme, and gives industry the confidence needed to prepare, invest and deliver work on NHP.
