The way Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) Members book onto and pay for Growth Hub courses has been streamlined making it simpler, clearer and offering businesses more flexibility.
Each year, ECA Members receive an Annual Funding Allocation which may be used to subsidise or fully cover the cost of any ECA Growth Hub course. Previously, Members were required to pay upfront and request reimbursement after booking.
Members can now choose whether to pay by card or use their Growth Hub Annual Funding Allocation at the point of booking. This creates a smoother process and gives Members greater control over how they pay.
This change has been introduced following Member feedback, reflecting ECA’s ongoing commitment to listening to its Members and making it easier to access benefits, including professional development opportunities.
