The JCT 2016 Edition of contracts will be withdrawn from sale on 31 March 2026.
ECA (Electrical Contractors’ Association) Members should now be using JCT 2024 to ensure that their contracts are up-to-date.
All the forms are available via the JCT Construct subscription service, online, and in hardcopy.
