ECA (Electrical Contractors’ Association) is inviting Members to take part in a short Spring Reward Survey to provide an update on the latest pay and reward trends across the electrotechnical industry.
This survey covers 2026 pay and bonus awards, recruitment and retention, labour turnover and absence. As a driving force in the electrotechnical and engineering services sector, ECA continues to support Members with the 8th annual ECA Salary and Benefits Survey, launching later this year.
The survey gives Members a view from industry and will provide them with insight to inform their own pay and reward strategies in your businesses.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and is conducted by independent benchmarking consultancy Pay Data Limited, ensuring information collected remains strictly confidential.
