What is the ECIC MCS Warranty facility?
The ECA offers an MCS Warranty for renewable energy installers. It is an approved warranty product for selected renewable energy technologies which is available for purchase online for MCS Registered ECA Members. The ECIC MCS Warranty product complies with the Renewable Energy Assurance Limited requirements in respect to workmanship and deposit protection. The facility enables you to provide your customers with a deposit and workmanship Warranty or just Workmanship Warranty in respect of Solar PV technology.
Accessing the Warranty
ECA Members who are registered with REAL can get a quote and apply for the warranty online.
Available from ECIC, the facility:
- Enables you to purchase the required policy online
- Emails a pdf copy of the policy to your customer within minutes of you purchasing cover
