New guidance for installing LV circuits from HV transformers 21

The ECA Technical Team has produced a new, exclusive Guidance Note for ECA Members on the installation of low voltage circuits from high voltage transformers to consumer installations and panelboards.

Importantly, this work falls under the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and is within the remit of low voltage installation works, and not high voltage contractors.
