We are making good progress with our annual ECA Key Staff Salary & Benefits Survey designed to assist our larger ECA members benchmark their positions within the labour market. This year, we have also introduced benchmarking for electricians pay to increase the benefit to participants.
This is the fifth such survey and as in earlier years we have engaged Paydata to manage the survey. To make participation simpler and easier, they have sent people a summary spreadsheet to complete.
